Moromi vinegar includes much citric acid as well as plum. We produced this product so as to gain more synergy effects.  100% Malted rice is used as the ingredient, with which well known awamori brands for Uruwashiki Furusato (beautiful home town) and Sennen no Hibiki (thousands of history) produced at Nakijin distillery.
