Mozuku, a noodle-like sea weed, Cladosiphon Okamuranus Tokida for its scientific name, is mainly harvested in Okinawa prefecture composed of a series of islands located in the most southern part of Japan.  About 95% Mozuku seaweeds are harvested in this prefecturer.

Brown seaweeds are mainly composed of saccharides, protein, minerals and calcium. We in the modern society are apt to short of them. Fucoidan, which has been paid much attention since its first telecast, is a sticky substance and, which is included in brown seaweeds such as Mozuku, Wakame, Hijiki and Kelp or Konbu.

Mozuku fucoidan has bellow efficacy, which are reported and introduced in many books in various languages.

1. anti-coagulating effect of blood

2. resisting the outbreak of cancerous cells

3. resisting viruses

4. suppressing allergy

5. adjusting enterogastric tract

6. lowering blood cholesterol

Fucose contents: 26.8g per 100g, which was analyzed at Japan Food Research Laboratories on Aug.17, 2009.

Recommended dosage: take 15 to 20 tablets daily with water as food supplements.
